110 Pounds Lost!
I would reccomend Rich to anyone looking to work with a trainer. He is truly a professional that has taught me so much when it comes to fitness and nutrition. The training is honestly, tailored to your needs and yet extremely effective. I've lost 110 lbs in 9 months from Rich giving me guidance and always helping me to go harder. I absolutely adore Rich! I started personal training with him not very long ago. I was overweight, sad, and lacked motivation. Rich turned my life around. I know what everyone is thinking....No, I didn't change my diet very much, and I didn't jog or run....He makes a training schedule specific to your needs, and body. I realize some people think any trainer can do that. That's not true. I played college basketball, and I am a healthcare professional, and I know how good he is. He never forced me to do any exercise I am uncomfortable with. You can tell him anything, and he respects you fully without judgement. He will even be there to talk with you after gym hours. Rich jokes around, if you want to joke, but never too much because he has too much respect for his clients. He is a perfect people person, and will make you feel comfortable. I told him I refuse to step on a scale! lol He didn't even make me. Bottom line is, I feel fabulous, I look a lot better, and people notice the changes in my body, and attitude. Rich is no joke!
I came to Rich desperate to drop some weight for an upcoming event. He listened to what I had to say, what I wanted to do, and he helped me get there. He knew exactly the best way for me to reach my goals and by our second session he already had a diet plan in place for me.
Dieting doesn't have to be terrible, Rich taught me that. Working towards goals with him has reinforced how awesome it is to finally meet them. His excitement is infectious and you want to continue setting goals and progressing. He's turned someone who shuddered at the thought of lifting weights into someone who works out more.
Granted, Rich will not be able to solve all of your problems for you, that's for you to figure out. However, working with Rich has been helpful to me both physically and spiritually. - Jacklyn B.
One of the best
If your looking for a good trainer I can honestly recommend Rich. I was diagnosed a type II diabetic in 2003 and since I've been working with Rich my a1c (average glucose over 3months) has gone to the point where I can drop one of my meds. Rich keeps the program interesting, challenging and he's such a good influence on you you can't help but do well. Obviously it's what you put into it but if your serious about getting healthy, eating healthier he's the one to pick. Another aspect I like about Rich is outside the sessions you can ask questions, get feedback. I guess what I'm saying is he just doesn't show up for your sessions and thats it, there more to his training plans. - Brian M.
Rich is an amazing trainer and in the two months I have been working with him I have lost almost 20lbs! It's not always easy but he changes up the routine, gives great advice on nutrition/additional exercises, and keeps you motivated with positive encouragement! Rich is an outstanding trainer. He is very committed to his trainees and really makes sure they get their money's worth. He is a teacher and a motivator. He is especially good at making sure his trainees use proper form and technique, which are crucial to getting the best results possible. He will definitely work you hard and he does a lot of "functional" exercises which are very tough, but very beneficial. His enthusiasm and sense of humor will help you to endure the pain.
